I want to benefit from more fields when importing to the kanban in order to be able to import the Note on each candidate that I add on Flatchr

When a candidate applies to several offers or several times to the same offer, flatchr does not indicate this. Rejection messages can therefore be sent several times to the same candidate. Or you can validate a candidate and then refuse the second application and send him a rejection message, which does not make sense for the candidate. I think it would be urgent to find a solution for this.

Especially for public actors, being able to attach documents on the offer in a global way (and not only from a candidate file) is a real plus. Maybe imagine being able to add an attachment in the offer creation note or in the menu (three small dots) next to the archive action.

Currently, when a manager submits a hiring request, a notification is sent to all approvers simultaneously, even with a cascading validation system. It would be better to send notifications in the order in which they were approved to avoid confusion, or to send a new notification when each approver needs to intervene.

It would be wise to have the possibility of adding a PJ in the DAR, managers must imperatively send us documents to justify their offer submission. As it is, the DAR is not usable. Thanks to you:)

It would be nice to also take into account the statistics of viviers. I don't just make announcements and the statistics of the pools are important

Be able to make a multiple selection of candidates to have them change columns or transfer them to another offer.

Today, if I reactivate an archived offer, it loses the folder in which it was stored even though the folder still exists. When an offer is archived and then reactivated, it should keep the file that was attached to it when created

As an administrator or manager with access to statistics, I want to have indicators that allow me to better understand the statistics that are displayed and to better exploit them (calculation method, sentence that helps with reading,...)

It would be interesting to have statistics on the duration of a recruitment
