Especially for public actors, being able to attach documents on the offer in a global way (and not only from a candidate file) is a real plus. Maybe imagine being able to add an attachment in the offer creation note or in the menu (three small dots) next to the archive action.

When we define pre-established messages (= automatic messages) and we add an attachment to them; once we send a group message the PJ does not integrate into the email, so we are therefore always forced to send email by email. Can you please arrange for group message PCs to be sent? Thank you

When you have a lot of folders, you can have trouble finding your way around, it would be useful to have a search bar in the folder settings to avoid creating duplicates

When a candidate applies to several offers or several times to the same offer, flatchr does not indicate this. Rejection messages can therefore be sent several times to the same candidate. Or you can validate a candidate and then refuse the second application and send him a rejection message, which does not make sense for the candidate. I think it would be urgent to find a solution for this.

Currently, when a manager submits a hiring request, a notification is sent to all approvers simultaneously, even with a cascading validation system. It would be better to send notifications in the order in which they were approved to avoid confusion, or to send a new notification when each approver needs to intervene.

To perform a group action, you must put a filter and not select the candidates to perform an action (by default everything is selected). To make it more intuitive, you should add a box allowing you to select or deselect everything. It would also avoid mistakes during group actions.

Today it is possible to hide an archived offer. The idea would be to transfer this logic to the fish tanks.

It would be useful to be able to have tags on offers in order to better categorize them for example by type of contract, profession, remuneration, location,... This will make it easier to search.

When archiving an offer, an automatic email is sent to the candidates remaining in the process; however, they are not archived at the same time as the offer. Would it be possible to do this in order not to distort the statistics and ensure a clean CV library?
