Today, the sector and job fields, generated automatically, have an impact on the filters on the career site. Being able to edit them would allow better control over the data displayed in these filters.

I would like to have visibility on the status of my broadcasts. Bonus to have a kind of recap/history on my offer directly.

When there is an error on one of my broadcasts, it would be useful to be notified in order to be able to act and correct the error (inadequate terms, bad identifiers, expired contract with the job site,...)

The current automatic messages do not distinguish between internal and external applications. We propose to adapt them according to the type of application, in particular for response times: • For external candidates, indicate a period of one month. • For internal candidates, do not mention a deadline, relying on our domain name to identify them

Operating in a sector that is not very digitalized, the profiles we recruit do not necessarily have a LinkedIn profile and applications are often made through networking (especially for interns). We would like to offer the possibility for our managers to broadcast offers to a list of emails directly on Flatchr (VS copy the offer link, go to Outlook, write an email, send it). I don't know if it might interest other employers but I'm taking a chance.:)

Allow from the career site editor to be able to select by default the language of the career site that will be displayed.

When an administrator puts a note in private and mentions a manager or collaborator, he will not be able to see the note. It would be interesting if they could see it as soon as they are mentioned.

We receive a lot of emails from candidates who have received negative answers, it would be nice to have the possibility of having a no-reply email address to avoid having candidates waiting for a response, which we cannot provide.

As a member with access to statistics, I want to have statistics on account activity (Dar, Co-option, Members, Number of archived, active, distributed, created during the month,...) in order to measure adoption, improve the distribution of workload and manage my various recruitment processes

The manager has access to the Announcement Form and has the ability to make changes, which should not be the case since it is the member who sets up and publishes the announcement who has control over it. Would it be possible to remove this possibility?
