We receive a lot of emails from candidates who have received negative answers, it would be nice to have the possibility of having a no-reply email address to avoid having candidates waiting for a response, which we cannot provide.

When an offer is sent to ATS, it is presumably the name of the city that is transmitted and not the postal code. Would it be possible to change and transmit a postal code to avoid mistakes when several cities have the same name? Thank you

Be able to generate the questions on the candidate form using AI

This would allow users to prepare a note, evaluation, or message (email/SMS) without sending it immediately. Useful when they want to take the time to formulate their feedback, wait for validation from a manager, or avoid the unfortunate sending or deleting of a document.

Be able to delete attachments sent by candidates and which are found on the candidate file in the email tab

I would like to have visibility on the status of my broadcasts. Bonus to have a kind of recap/history on my offer directly.

Currently, only offer templates have a search bar. I suggest adding them to the note templates as well as the forms. You can also add on sources, tags, patterns and scores.

When there is an error on one of my broadcasts, it would be useful to be notified in order to be able to act and correct the error (inadequate terms, bad identifiers, expired contract with the job site,...)
