When you want to share candidates from an offer or the CV library to a person who may or may not have a flatchr account, there are as many emails as there are candidates, while the interface accessible via the link received includes all candidates. Instead, you should send one email per sharing action.

Have the possibility to merge all duplicates at once (all at once), without having to do it line by line, for each candidate. This would be very relevant for customers who are short on time, and who have a large number of duplicates in their candidate database.

Any role can see email exchanges with candidates. This may raise questions of confidentiality in purely HR exchanges, in particular concerning contractual data (salary, administrative documents, etc.). It would be nice to be able to compartmentalize this so that administrators can choose whether they want it to be visible or not.

Today it is possible to consult a candidate's administrative documents via the ATS in addition to his CV and his LM. Once recruitment is in place, it would be nice to be able to hide this data so that it is not accessible to all.

Very useful improvement: being able to select several folders when setting the scope of action (access to files and offers). To date, accesses are on a case-by-file basis. Integrate a multiple choice system with a single click.

Expected improvement: possibility of extracting an excel/csv file of user members as well as the assigned profile and the scope of access to offers (name of services, management, etc.). At the time of configuration, with 100 users in the company and more than 100 departments, controlling the settings is very time-consuming to date.

Today, to give access to live offers, this is done only by selecting members name by name. This takes time and involves careful monitoring of entrances/exits in teams. Would it be possible to facilitate this management: either by making it possible to copy/paste into this area, or by being able to give access according to roles (for example all members with a director role created)? When I archive an offer, I only see the candidates who were still active in the process. However, I would like to be able to find archived candidates in the same way as when my offer was active (without having to go through manual sorting in the CV library, which takes me time).

The space in the “cover letter” box when creating a candidate is too small, the number of characters allowed is not large enough, I am forced to save as a Word doc and put it in a document attached to the file instead of copy/paste a candidate's motivation email into this “cover letter” area.
