We are changing the Settings > Subscription page in order to
offer you better visibility on your contract and more autonomy in its management.
You now find in a single space:
- your subscription plan and your next billing deadline (monthly);
- your subscribed complementary packs;
- all your invoices;
- the features includedin your offer;
- theadditional modules available to enrich your ATS.
For
month
subscriptions, it is now possible to add up to 100 slots
in total autonomy. The rate is displayed and calculated dynamic
before validation.
Annual subscriptions maintain personalized support: any change in your contract or request for suspension is always carried out with your account manager.

request is still pending 2 days after it was sent, an automatic reminder by email

Redesign & modernization of Flatchr emails
📧We are continuing the work of modernizing the emails sent from the platform in order to improve:
- the readability of communications
- the visual consistency of emails
- global deliverability
- the stability and maintainability of the functionality
Work is gradually continuing on the other communications sent from Flatchr.
RGPD & consent management
🔒 New improvements have also been deployed around the management of candidate data:
- The email telling the candidate that their consent is about to expire is getting a new look!
- Addition of a webhook indicating the anonymization of a candidate
Pay transparency
💰 In order to support regulatory changes around salary transparency, we have adapted the offer creation form: the salary field is now mandatory in order to guarantee the good dissemination and visibility of your offers.

API, webhooks & integrations

Before, it was not possible to easily manage attachments in automatic messages: changes (adding or deleting files) were not always taken into account when sent, which limited the personalization of messages.

add attachments directly when sending your automatic messages
