Hello, It would be interesting if the tool allowed a market study of the profile sought, this could be interesting before the launch of recruitment. To illustrate my point, here is the type of request that I can have from a manager so that you can take it into account in your ways of improving the tool: “Can you please review/adapt these offers, give us a salary range that you estimate and your vision of the estimated availability on the market in order to anticipate these recruitments?” If the tool could allow market research, this could be interesting prior to the launch of recruitment. regards Audrey BRUN

Today, LM files are shared at the company level. This can create confusion when the reader displays an LM from an old application, while the “motivation” block corresponds to the current application. Desired behavior: better explain the origin of the documents displayed (offer/date/source) or allow the documents in the application concerned to be displayed in a priority manner.
