Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to add custom fields directly to the candidate file, without using the application form. This limits the centralization and standardization of essential data (e.g. desired sector, entry year, etc.), especially when a candidate is created manually by a team or imported from another tool. Proposal: allow custom fields to be added directly to the candidate file (as for forms), in order to harmonize monitoring and facilitate integration with our marketing tools This evolution would allow: -Better data quality (all candidates would have the same structured information). -Less dependence on forms to enrich profiles. -A smoother integration with other tools Thank you
