, a platform that combines jobboard and an AI sourcing engine
 to help recruiters quickly identify talent.
From Flatchr, you can broadcast your offers to Collective
. Recruiters using their platform will then be able to identify relevant profiles and send applications sourced directly in Flatchr
.
Collective relies on advanced search and artificial intelligence technologies to analyze profiles available on the web and offer relevant talent to recruiters.

Addition of a new event:  “New candidate” 
It will now be possible to configure Hubspot to automatically create a contact when a new candidate is created in Flatchr 
 (manual import or application), in addition to the existing logic based on moving in a column.
This improvement only applies to users who have activated the integration with Hubspot.
