Today, candidates who are refused are still proposed while some candidates considered more interesting by recruiters are not.
Adding a weighting linked to custom columns could make it possible to take into account the recruiter's judgment in the recommendations.
For example, a candidate placed in a “Vivier” column, identified as grouping high-value profiles, could benefit from additional weight and be more suggested for future offers.
