I have a problem that comes up every time I send an email to a candidate. If I exchange several emails with the candidate, for example, the first will be sent automatically and will have the subject “Acknowledgement of receipt of application for the position of...”.
I will then rewrite to the candidate and change the subject of the email to schedule an interview. In the following emails, the email will automatically include the first subject of the first email sent to the candidate: “Acknowledgement of receipt of application for the position of...”
Is it possible to set up emails so that they automatically include the last email subject used? Because if we are not careful, the candidate will have email subjects that are totally different from one email to another if we do not modify..
