[External sharing] Limit the number of emails if several candidates

When you want to share candidates from an offer or the CV library to a person who may or may not have a flatchr account, there are as many emails as there are candidates, while the interface accessible via the link received includes all candidates.
Instead, you should send one email per sharing action.
