Hello, It would be interesting if the tool allowed a market study of the profile sought, this could be interesting before the launch of recruitment. To illustrate my point, here is the type of request that I can have from a manager so that you can take it into account in your ways of improving the tool:

“Can you please review/adapt these offers, give us a salary range that you estimate and your vision of the estimated availability on the market in order to anticipate these recruitments?”

If the tool could allow market research, this could be interesting prior to the launch of recruitment.
