The space in the “cover letter” box when creating a candidate is too small, the number of characters allowed is not large enough, I am forced to save as a Word doc and put it in a document attached to the file instead of copy/paste a candidate's motivation email into this “cover letter” area. This increases the processing time

Is it possible to change the number of characters possible in this area?
