Description:
Inconsistencies can be observed in the candidate data extracted via parsing, in particular on the following fields:
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Name and surname
These discrepancies may result from differences between the information detected in the CV and that which is pre-filled or from external sources (e.g. jobboards, manual entry, imports).
Improving the detection and reliability of key information extracted from CVs:
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Name/First name
Data consistency checks - Set up checks between:
  • Data from parsing/Pre-filled data in ATS
  • Data from external sources (e.g. HelloWork)
Alert system in case of inconsistency - Add alert or validation messages in the following cases:
  • Diverging data between CV and ATS fields (e.g. different email)
  • Data missing or partially detected
  • Invalid formats (e.g. non-compliant email)
Objective:
Improve the reliability of candidate data and secure their use in recruitment processes.
