When I view an offer and open a candidate's file, I can either move the candidate forward through the hiring process or archive it and then use the arrow to move on to the next candidate.

When I deal with candidates from the “To be sorted” column and pass them directly into the second recruitment column from their form, clicking on the arrow at the top right then scrolls through the candidates in this second column, and no longer those in the “To be sorted” column initially selected.

This behavior is unexpected and disrupts the user journey: clicking on the arrow should continue to scroll through the candidates in the column initially consulted (“To be sorted”) in order to be able to process applications massively and efficiently one after the other.
