[Candidate sheet] Hide sensitive data (administrative documents)

Today it is possible to consult a candidate's administrative documents via the ATS in addition to his CV and his LM. Once recruitment is in place, it would be nice to be able to hide this data so that it is not accessible to all.

Example: promise of employment with salary proposal.
When the request is made by email, all users who have access to the candidate's file can consult this document.
Double request:
-> be able to integrate a document into the candidate's file by making it confidential, i.e. viewable by a limited number of authorized persons (e.g. recruitment manager, HR manager only)
-> make the exchange by email also confidential
