Today, we use an Excel file to centralize and monitor our annual recruitment plan. The objective would be to be able to integrate this functionality directly into the tool, by exploiting the information from DARs.
Ideally, we would like to have a dedicated space to visualize and manage all recruitment needs, including the following information:
  • Information on the need: type of need, job title, job title, department, cost center, reason for recruitment and person replaced if applicable.
  • Planning: desired month of arrival, quarter concerned (Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4) and priority of recruitment.
  • Contractual and budgetary information: type of contract, target annual gross remuneration, country of recruitment and currency.
  • Analysis of the need: impact if the position is not filled, internal solution possibly considered and comments.
The idea would be that the information entered in the DARs could automatically feed into this recruitment plan, without having to re-enter it in an Excel file.
This would allow us to have a global and up-to-date vision of our needs, to filter them by department, quarter or priority, and to facilitate exchanges with the Management during the construction and monitoring of the annual budget.
