[Candidate communication] Improvement of email sender auto message - avoid spam
S
Stéphanie SCOFFIER
The sender address that the candidate receives when sending a message on FLATCHR looks like this: thread-6g8g3p@mail.flatchr.io This is not explicit and may suggest that it is a fraudulent email. So can we consider changing the email address database by integrating the name of the company such as: XXX-6g8g3p@mail.flatchr.io or even consider having something even simpler and clearer to avoid these messages ending up in spam or being destroyed by the candidate? Thank you.

Stop falling into spam when we write to candidates via the SMS/Mail tab

Hello, to date when we write to candidates through the sms/email tab, emails systematically fall into candidate spam and they therefore do not respond or only rarely. In addition, the subject of the email in question is difficult to read and this is not reassuring for them. Is it possible to do something? Thank you

Hello, these are spontaneous emails that are sent using the contact method in the candidate files. Thank you

Hi Elodie,
Thanks for your feedback.
What email is this? An automatic message or a spontaneous email (directly on the candidate's file or during a mass action in the CV library)? 🧐
When it is a spontaneous message, the subject of the email is editable, you can modify it by the title of your choice in the “subject” field.
When it is an automatic message, when you create it in your settings, the “Subject” field will be included as the subject. You can also edit it as needed.
Finally, for spam, zero risk does not exist. However, the email address thread@flatchr.io should not fall into spam. To explain everything to you, our email servers have an excellent reputation, sending emails with the flatchr.io domain name is recognized to be 99.9% reliable.
If incidents are observed, I invite you to contact our great support octopuses at support@flatchr.io 🐙
