Today, LM files are shared at the company level. This can create confusion when the reader displays an LM from an old application, while the “motivation” block corresponds to the current application.

Desired behavior: better explain the origin of the documents displayed (offer/date/source) or allow the documents in the application concerned to be displayed in a priority manner.

More generally, file format LMs should be retained and the most recent should not overwrite the oldest. This would make it possible to keep an up-to-date history and documents for each application.
