Improving integration with Lucca

We did our first recruitments via Flatchr and I must give you honest feedback on the integration between Flatchr and Lucca.
I think that the integration is not at all optimal: I have to include all the candidate's information because apart from his Name/First name + contract start date, nothing is taken into account correctly.
Let me explain (and maybe the problem comes from the configuration of our offers):
We are posting an internship offer, so we are recruiting an intern. However, integration marks the collaborator as an external contract.
By default, the manager is always our president. However, it does not manage the recruitment of interns. At a minimum, it should be the people assigned to the offer who can be appointed manager in Lucca.
The candidate's personal email is automatically entered in Lucca in the personal email category of course, but also in the professional email category. So I have to change this data. Might as well not fill it in automatically?
And all of this is about fields that everyone has on Lucca, not custom fields.
As a result, I have a lot of data entry rework when that was not the promise.
Are improvements on this Lucca x Flatchr integration in progress?
If not, it would be a good idea to think about it.
